Heart disease is the biggest single
killer in the western world. Almost one in two deaths
occur from heart attacks or strokes. What most people
do not realize, however, is that heart disease is
preventable and in most cases can even be reversed
if detected early enough by making lifestyle changes
and taking various supplements.
Blood pressure and blood cholesterol
tests cannot prove the existence or otherwise of cardiovascular
disease. It is true there are people with relatively
high levels of cholesterol that show no sign of CVD.
Conversely there are as many people with normal or
low levels of cholesterol who do suffer from CVD.
High blood pressure can be a consequence of arteriosclerosis,
and can also be a contributory factor. Hypertension
on its own does not necessary confirm the presence
of any other cardiovascular related illness. To address
these issues Medical Science has achieved a remarkable
breakthrough in the fight against CVD, a device known
as the ‘ CardioTrack ‘.
The CardioTrack System:

CardioTrack can alert you to the risk
of suffering a heart attack or stroke by testing the
health of your main arteries . The CardioTrack device
has been proven in Clinical trials at a leading London
hospital and is medically approved. It determines
the condition of the main arteries by measuring their
elasticity , a key indicator for identifying cardiovascular
disease. This amazing new technology tests for endothelial
dysfunction and large artery stiffness, both recognized
as significant risk factors for predicting major cardiovascular
events. The data provided by CardioTrack is extremely
valuable in helping to :
• Assess cardiovascular health
• Monitor the progress of vascular disease
• Monitor the effect of targeted supplements
or medication
• Monitor the effect of changes to lifestyle
and general diet.
CardioTrack Test:
To conduct the test the patient simply clips an infrared
sensor to their index finger.

The test is non invasive and no discomfort
is felt by the patient. An infrared beam of light
is transmitted through the finger to gather data via
the sensor and analyze the condition of the patients
cardiovascular system
The two key variables given by the machine are :
• S.I. (Stiffness Index). Healthy arteries are
normally elastic and therefore quite flexible . They
tend to become stiff and lose their elasticity with
age and cardiovascular disease risk.
• R.I (Reflection Index) . This is an indicator
of vascular tone and is a good measure of endothelial
function or dysfunction which in turn is an important
indicator of inflammation associated with early symptoms
of atherosclerosis the most common form of cardiovascular
disease.
CardioTrack uses these results to
estimate the relative ’ age ‘ of the patient’s
arteries. For example , an apparently healthy male
aged 57 with no known history of cardiovascular disease
could actually have the arteries typical of a man
aged 75 or over. This result would indicate a premature
ageing or stiffness of the patient’s main arteries
that had not been previously diagnosed.
What happens next?
If your arteries are found to be stiffer
than normal for your age you will be given lifestyle
and dietary advice to improve your vascular health.
This may involve simple dietary changes increasing
exercise and taking proven supplements. A follow-up
test is recommended after 3 months to assess any improvements.
Instructions for the patient:
Please do not eat or take any stimulants
such as caffeine, alcohol, etc., at least 2 hours
before the test. You should, however, take a glass
of water or herbal tea before the test. Clothing should
be loose and comfortable. The test may last up to
20 minutes . A printout of the report will be provided
immediately after the test.

After receiving a Doctoral degree
at the University of Oxford in 1982 I worked as a
Post Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pathology
at the John Radcliff Hospital in Oxford for 2 years
before taking up an ARC Fellowship at the London Hospital
Medical School Bone and Joint Unit. Since then I’ve
held various positions including the following.:
Director of Emirates Institute for
Medical Research
Head , Dept of Immunology, New Dubai Hospital
Head , Health Care Int , Dubai
Asst Prof of Immunology , University of UAE
A few years ago I took a decision
to go into natural medicine and trained in various
alternative therapies including bio-resonance, alternative
treatments for allergies and food therapy.
I offer the following therapies:
Bio-resonance: Almost any condition
will benefit from bio-resonance therapy including
allergies, auto-immune diseases, smoking cessation
, drug and alcohol addiction pain relief, general
detox etc.
Bioresonance works by picking up and
strengthening the natural oscillations and canceling
out pathological oscillations.
Cardiac Health - using a device called
the Cardiotrack which checks how old you really are
with reference to your main arteries.
Thermography Scan for breast cancer
and DVT screening and pain management.
The above are offered at the following
locations: Manchester, Wilmslow, London – Harley
street. Please note that currently I do not offer
Bioresonance therapies in Wilmslow.
To make an appointment please phone

Natural
Practices Clinic is situated in Wilmslow, Cheshire,
in the North West of England. About 10 miles South
of Manchester City Centre, just 3 Miles from Manchester
Airport.
