Note 1: The drops of Black Walnut Hull tincture
in the recipe is used to kill bacteria and viruses
as they come out of the bile ducts. If this
item is unobtainable you can still do the cleanse.
If you are allergic to Black Walnut tincture
please ask for more information.
Note 2: If you cannot tolerate apple juice
then it may be replaced with 200ml of freshly
squeezed lemon juice mixed with 800ml of pure
water. Add 1/2” grated ginger or 1/2 teaspoon
of dried ginger and follow the directions for
drinking the apple juice.
Note 3: If you cannot tolerate grapefruit juice
or it tends to make you nauseous use freshly
squeezed lemon and orange juice (1/3 cup each)
instead.
PREPARATION
Plan the day for your Cleanse and count back
six days
Start drinking the 1/2 litres of pure apple
juice for six days, this will soften the stones
and make their passage through the bile ducts
easier. The apple juice has a strong cleansing
effect and may cause bloatedness and even diarrhoea
during the first few days. If this is the case,
water it down. Drink the juice slowly throughout
the day, in-between meals (avoid during, just
before, two hours after meals and in the evening).
This is in addition to your normal water intake.
Note: Packaged organic apple juice, although
not normally recommended, works fine for the
Cleanse.
The Cleanse is best done during the weekend
when you have enough time to rest. It is important
that the timing of the actual Cleanse should
coincide with the waning of the moon or even
the new moon. This is the period when the body
is in ‘self-cleansing mode’ making
the removal of gallstones much easier and more
successful. During the actual Cleanse avoid
taking any medicine, vitamin or pills that are
not absolutely necessary.
On the sixth day of drinking pure apple juice,
if you feel hungry eat a light breakfast such
as cooked cereal, fruit or fruit juice (no milk,
butter, yoghurt, cheese, ham, eggs etc.,). For
lunch eat cooked vegetables and a little rice
if wanted – no protein foods, no fats,
no oils etc., Don’t eat or drink anything
(except water) after 2 p.m. The timing given
following is important for the success of the
Cleanse.
Doing the Cleanse
6.00 p.m. Mix four tablespoons
of the Epsom Salts in 3 cups of water and keep
it in
a jar. This makes four servings of 3/4 cup each
or 185ml. Drink your first portion now. You
may take a few sips of water afterwards to get
rid
of the taste in your mouth.
8.00 p.m. Drink your second
3/4 cup of Epsom Salts
9.30 p.m. If you haven’t
had a bowel movement until now, perform a small
enema. This will help trigger a series of bowel
movements.
9.45 p.m. Squeeze the grapefruits(s)
by hand until you have 3/4 cup of juice; remove
the pulp. Pour the juice and 1/2 cup of olive
oil into the pint jar. Add the 10 drops of Black
Walnut Hull tincture. Close the jar tightly
and shake hard (about 20 times or until watery).
Drink this mixture at 10 p.m. but if you feel
that you still need to visit the bathroom a
few more times, you may delay this for 1- minutes.
10.00 p.m. Stand next to your
bed (don’t sit) and drink the potion if
possible in one or otherwise with a large plastic
straw. You may use brown sugar to chase it down
between sips. Don’t take more than five
minutes.
LIE DOWN IMMEDIATELY –
otherwise you may not be able to release the
stones. Turn off the lights and lie flat on
your back with your head up high on a pillow
or two. Concentrate your attention on your liver
and visualise the mixture moving the numerous
stones out of the bile ducts in your liver.
KEEP PERFECTLY STILL FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES!
This gives the stones the chance to
move along the bile ducts. There will not be
any pain as the Epsom Salts ensure that the
bile valves are open. Try to sleep. If at any
time during the night you feel the need to have
a bowel movement, do so. Check if there are
already small gallstones (pea green or tan coloured)
floating in the toilet. You may feel slightly
nauseous in the early hours of the morning.
This will pass as the morning progresses.
IN THE MORNING:
Upon waking but not before 6 a.m. drink your
third 3/4 cup of Epsom Salts (should you feel
very thirsty drink a glass of warm water before).
Rest, meditate or practice yoga. Two hours later
drink your fourth and last 3/4 cup of Epsom
Salts and rest.
After two or more hours you may drink freshly
pressed juice, preferably apple juice. Half
an hour later eat 1 – 2 pieces of fruit.
One hour later you may eat regular (but light)
food. For one week after the Cleanse, chew on
and eat 2-3 cloves of garlic after each meal
to kill any parasite eggs that may leave the
liver and enter the intestinal tract. In addition,
for one week take 10 drops of Black Walnut Hull
tincture with 1 – 2 ounces of water before
each meal.
Expected Results
You will have a number of bowel movements in
the form of diarrhoea, consisting of gallstones
mixed with food residue and then with only water.
Look for the gallstones floating in the toilet
– they will float because they contain
cholesterol. You will see mostly green ones
of all sizes i.e. pin head, peas, chick pea,
some as long as 2cm. Also watch out for the
tan coloured and white ones. Some of the larger
tan coloured stones may sink with the stool
as they contain heavier, toxic substances and
no cholesterol. Most of the stones are as soft
as putty thanks to the apple juice. You may
still eliminate stones within the following
2 – 3 days and even after one week, some
of them can be quite large. Try to make a rough
estimate of how many stones you have eliminated.
To permanently alleviate bursitis, scoliosis,
back pain, allergies or other health problems
you need to remove at least a thousand stones.
This may require more cleanses which should
be done at 2 – 4 week intervals. You may
notice a dramatic improvement after the first
Cleanse and the liver as a whole will be greatly
relieved and can begin to function more efficiently.
However, within a few days the stones that
were formed at the rear of the liver will travel
forwards towards the two main bile ducts that
exit the liver. This may cause you to think
that your health problems have returned. Once
you have cleansed your liver several times and
are symptom-free, it is advisable to perform
the liver Cleanse every six months. Each Cleanse
will further improve the functions of the liver.
Never cleanse when you are ill. The Cleanse
gets more powerful around the 5th and 6th Cleanse.
Note: It is advisable to have a Colonic
cleanse after the liver cleanse
to assist in the removal of any stones that
may have become lodged in the colon. The Colonic
will increase the power of the Cleanse.
