Natural Practices have been assisting people in their return to vibrant health over many years. We work with Naturopathic Principles of detoxification and cleansing assisted by Naturopathic medicine,  Herbal remedies, Nutritional products and Colonic Hydrotherapy.

In-store and on-line we use only the highest quality supplements. All of the featured herbal remedies have been created by Gabi Heyes, a qualified Herbalist, Naturopath and Colonic Hydrotherapist.

The herbs are predominantly organic and in an alcohol base. The alcohol can be dispersed by adding the tinctures to boiling water which does not affect the efficacy of the herbs. Alternatively, please email us asking for an alternative.

Natural Practices has a team of Therapists covering a range of disciplines, all with the aim of assisting people in their return to health. The Nutritional and Herbal products are ones currently in use within the Clinic and which we have found to be most effective for people. We see symptoms as an expression of the body. If the body has created a 'dis-ease', it has the ability to disperse it, it often just needs a nudge in the right direction. Any supplementation should be used as an adjunct to a healing diet.
