CONSTIPATION, DIARRHOEA, WIND, BLOATING, IBS  

Helps cleanse & strengthen the bowel without a laxative effect. Suitable for most types of bowel disorders- IBS, constipation, diarrhoea and bloating. Stronger than ‘Evac’ due to the larger size capsule. Not suitable for people with high blood pressure (use Co-Ton without Goldenseal). Do not take if pregnant.

Ingredients: Cascara segrada, Barberry, Cayenne , Fennel, Ginger, Goldenseal, Lobelia, Red Raspberry, Turkey Rhubarb.

Dose: 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 capsule with evening meal. Increase every other day until achieving 2-3 bowel movements daily e.g. 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 evening meal.
